Product images are for reference only; slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences.All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

​All prices are listed in INR. Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

​4. Orders & Cancellations

​Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

​5. Returns & Refunds

​Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence for verification.Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or minor color/design variations.Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality verification. Shipping charges, COD fees, and discounts are non-refundable.

​6. Replacement Policy

​Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued after review.

​7. Non-Returnable Items

​For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or worn jewellery
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Complimentary or promotional items
8. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

​If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping charges must be borne by the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
