At Shreez Jewellery & Hair Accessories, we aim to provide high-quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested for purchases made through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging for verification. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or minor variations in color or design, as jewellery appearance may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or worn jewellery, products damaged due to customer handling, items without original packaging, and products marked as non-returnable on the product page. Complimentary or promotional items provided with any order are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the return request is approved and the product passes quality verification. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received. Shipping charges, COD fees, and applied discounts are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be initiated after review.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please share your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photo or video proof. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment charges will be borne by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.
